TIPS:

Neither your CISTR Home Page nor any of the CISTR Reporting Pages can be saved as a Favorite! You must log in to CISTR each time you want to use it through the Login Screen.

To login to the system, enter your agency ID and password. You may receive a message from the computer asking if you want to save the password. For security reasons, the United Way of Metropolitan Dallas recommends that you do not save your password.

Next, press the "OK" button.

Pressing the "OK" button will bring you to your Agency's Home Page which will allow you to click on one of several links to review or enter information about your agency. These listings will differ according to whether you are logged in as an administrator or general user.

To access any one of the menu links provided, simply click on the menu's respective link on that page.

Please note that for best results, or sometimes for any results at all, you must use the navigation tools within this site. This means that you do not need to employ the use of the web browser navigation tools, such as Back and Forward. You will obtain much better results from using the links only within the program.

The UWMD Administration link is for use by staff of the United Way of Metropolitan Dallas and will ask for security credentials if pressed.
